It provides further information on his financial situation and the shares he has with his sister in a house and a sum of money. Lastly it states that while his uncle is not his legal guardian, the management of Br Butler's affairs falls to him until the aforementioned turns twenty one. It includes a signature at the bottom right-hand side by Fr William Peers-Smith SJ.
