Description	Papers concerning the so-called "Geriatric Problem" - the aging population of Jesuit Priests in need of care and the province's inadequate facilities to do so. Various locations like St Beuno's, Westbourne, and Petworth were considered as options for nursing facilities. Includes memoranda, correspondence, lists of elderly priests sorted by level of care needed, and various research materials on the topic including a pamphlet on the role of the Church in elder care and other reports. Winterborn was involved in these efforts to address the issue as Provincial Delegate.
