Includes a receipt for James Longley & Co, Builders of Crawley, for work on the New Chapel including the building of a vault with brick and cement sides (later held the body of Bishop Butt, the Seminary's founder), 'supply and fixing letters over arch at East end' and work to make good the old temporary chapel (in Piggeries corridor); cerificates of receipt of payment from the architect, Frederick Walters.
