Topics include the church and its environs, itemised arrangements with Mr. Pugin 1865 for Ashford, St. George's Cathedral and Croydon sent from William Smith to Bishop Grant; Lady Tufton and her willingness to give funds towards the acquisition of the Cottage, 1862; letters and papers about a dispute over a Reverend Antonio Oromi including mention in 1869 of Legal Proceedings against Reverend Antonio [Oromi?] by [J. M. Donnell?] and petitions to Bishop Grant to remove him from the Mission and a petition from others saying that they want him to stay.
