Description	A copy of the Constitution of the Guild of St Francis of Sales, together with a letter of introduction from the Honorary Secretary to the Guild, David J Murphy. The Guild of St Francis of Sales was an association of practising journalists and writers. They wanted to establish an international network of Catholic journalists, and to actively oppose Communists in the National Union of Journalists and in journalism generally.
