Description	Incomplete letter to Bishop Ullathorne in which the Archbishop is critical of both Bishop Ullathorne and the other Bishops regarding their behaviour in the matter of the returns of baptism and marriage. Also a complete copy of the same letter. There are various anachronistic pencil notations on both sheets of the original letter.
