Ongoing dispute over the findings of the Consistorial Congregation relating to whether O'Halloran was incardinated at Westminster or Middlesborough [June 1915]. [Fr O'Halloran was apparently involved in many other disputes and controversies during his career. These included his refusal to take the missionary oath at Mill Hill, problems with parishioners at Hucknall Larkhard, the Sykes case over Irish Home Rule and most famously the so called 'Ealing Schism'.]
