Cathedral History: 'Gertrude Martin' by Patrick Rogers. An article about Gertrude Martin who was a young protégé of Cathedral Mosaicist George Bridge, and became the only woman master mosaicist in the country.

'A Photographic Record: Cardinal Griffin's Last Public Mass, June 1956' This article features a black and white image of Cardinal Bernard Griffin preaching High Mass for 'Catholic Holders of the Victoria Cross, which was celebrated at the Westminster Cathedral on the 28 June 1956. Griffin suffered a heartache during the service and died of a subsequent heart attach a few weeks later.
