DescriptionAn illustrated booklet about the history of St Monica's parish and the work of the Augustinians in Hoxton, published to celebrate the centenary of St Monica's Church, Hoxton. It lists the services held in June to celebrate the centenary and includes photographs and facsimiles of congratulatory messages from Pope Paul VI and Cardinal Heenan, Archbishop of Westminster.

The illustrations include a photograph of Fr William O'Sullivan, the first Prior of St Monica's; Fr John Hyland; Fr J A Murphy; Fr J. Fitzsimons; Fr F Murphy; Very Rev Michael Kevin Duggan, Prior of St Monica's; Fr Michael Kelly OSA, the 'Saint of Hoxton'; John Treadwell; Very Rev Thomas Gabriel Broder OSA, Commissary Provincial; Very Rev Dr J D Curtis OSA, Provincial; Fr Anthony Gough OSA, the only priest in the Archdiocese of Westminster to be killed by enemy action during WWII; Fr Patrick Bernard Blake OSA; Miss Goddard, head of St Monica's Primary School.
There is a list of Priors and Rectors of St Monica's, Hoxton from 1864 to 1964 at the end of the booklet, and a street map of the parish on the back cover.

The Prior of St Monica's, Rev Kevin Duggan, wrote a dedication inside the front cover.
