There are copies of the Measurement Valuation of Sundry Additional Omitted Varies Works on Contract for the erection of St Francis R C Schools, Treadgold Street, Notting Hill, with a Summary and Final Statement of Accounts, from John McManus, builder, and Osmond Bentley, architect. The final section of correspondence concerns John McManus' repeated requests for payment from Canon Wyndham (Sept-Oct 1915) and a copy of the Agreement drawn up with Emma Colley, the original owner of the property in Treadgold Street for the sale of both freehold and leasehold parts of the property.
