Description	Two small account books for the School Building Fund, St Francis of Assisi, Notting Hill. The Fund was set up for the purchase of property and the constrction of schools in Treadgold Street. It includes payments for solicitors' fees, stamp duty, mortgage loan payments, Clerk of Works, architects and builders' fees. The Account was jointly held by Rev Alexander V Miller and Canon Francis M Wyndham of the church of St Mary of the Angels, Bayswater. Although the title of the second account book [AAW/DOW/PAR/145/5/7 B] states that it covers the period 1912-1919, in fact the last entry is dated 1916.
