Description	Correspondence and copies of the Will relating to the Estate of Marion Dunworth Nugent, Chepstow Place, Bayswater. The Will left bequests to various individuals and organisations, incdluing the churches of St Mary of the Angels, Bayswater, and St Francis of Assisi, Notting Hill. A second Codicil to the Will appointed Rev Arthur Wentworth Bennett of St Mary of the Angels, Bayswater as an Executor in place of her brother, Richard Dunworth Nugent. Aside from copies of the Will and costs submitted by solicitors Witham Roskell Munster & Weld, the file consists mainly of correspondence dealing with the sale of No 2A Dawson Place, Bayswater, which formed part of the Nugent Estate.
