The magazine includes articles on sports, clubs and college events, as well as a report by F W Rawding on a visit to Borstal, a report by Bernard Loughran on a visit by the National Union of Students to the Soviet Union, and reminiscences and commentary on educational developments by former member of staff R E Mills.
Amongst the photographs are one of Principal Very Rev K P Cronin, CM, MA, and another of Principal Cronin with journalist and media personality Gilbert Harding and edcuational expert Bishop George Beck.

The magazine is dedicated to the Queen, recently crowned at Westminster Abbey. It includes articles on sports, clubs and college events, as well as a description of Horace Walpole's 'The Chapel in the Wood' and its restoration that year; a tribute to Simmarian and England rugby player, Martin Regan (1929-2014); a trip to the Hertfordshire School Camp; a report on a National Union of Students visit to Belgium to take part in discussions on European unity; and an obituary for former Simmarian James McEvoy (1902-1952), Headmaster of St Aidans School, Widnes.

The magazine includes articles on sports, clubs and college events, as well as a letter from the Principal, Arthur Naylor, discussing the nature of the Vincentian Community's continuing role with St Mary's College, recent staff appointments and the building work taking place on campus. There are minutes of the Simmarian Union Annual General Meeting held at St Mary's College, 10 April 1993. There are references throughout the Newsletter to an arson attack in 1992 which had severely damaged part of the campus. There is an illustrated report by Ken Breen on the work of the Strawberry Hill Overseas Concern and its work in the developing world. Obituaries are included for Thomas Sarsfield Clancy (1899-1993), Joseph Francis Kiernan, Frank Lofthouse (1926-1993), Trevor Woore (1929-1992)
