Description	A book of religious poetry by philanthropist and feminist Adelaide Anne Procter, a Catholic convert who was a prominent supporter of umemployed women and the homeless. 'A Chaplet of Verses' was originally published in 1862 in aid of the Providence Row Night Refuge for Homeless Women and Children. By the time this forth edition was published in 1880, the Night Refuge had relocated to Crispin Street and Raven Row, Spitalfields.
