The publication includes an essay on 'Why a Church is Consecrated' by Rev J Houlihan; The Story of the Rebuilding [of the Church] by Fr G A Strain; and the Architect's Report by Clive Broad. There are also photographs of the interior and exterior of the new church; a portrait of Cardinal Hume; Cardinal Heenan and Fr G A Strain at the Foundation Stone Ceremony; a before and after view of the site of the old and new church taken from above; an architect's drawing of the new church plan.
