Description	Charles Walmesley, OSB was the Roman Catholic Titular Bishop of Rama and Vicar Apostolic of the Western District of England. This printed letter by him, circulated "to all the Faithful, Clergy and Laity, in the Western District", commented on objections raised by the 4 Vicars Apostolic regarding proposals to reform the Oath of Allegiance, and urged unity and respect towards the monarchy.
