Description	Generally these files contain copies of the Provincial's letters to individual Jesuits as well as other correspondence between them and about that individual. Often there are records created by the Curia about an individual including a print out of the individual record (often several updated versions of this exist) as well as completed 'Informatio', 'Informatio ad gradum' etc. Files frequently also contain a passport style photograph of the individual attached to an annotated copy of the individual record. Some files contain indexes to the file as well as some including censor notes on submitted manuscripts and a copy of the order of service for the Requiem Mass. Occasionally files also contain condolence letters sent to the Provincial after the individual has died. Most files are not provided with individual descriptions.

AccessConditions	The papers are available subject to the usual conditions of access to archive material in the Jesuits in Britain Archives. A 40 year closure rule following the death of the individual applies to these records.
