Description	A donation from Mr Broderick and his wife Catherine paid for the building of the Chapel. The letter discusses Mass intentions and the erection of a memorial tablet in the Chapel for the Brodericks. Bourne asks Broderick to return the letter with his own 'so that both may be kept in our archives and prevent any forgetfulness when we have all passed away'. There is no letter from Broderick.
