Description	Four photographs showing students working to excavate the Seminary grounds. The tennis courts, football field and cricket pitch were all dug out by hand from the time the seminary was founded until the mid fifties. A Sort of railway was constructed to help move the tons of earth. Four photographs as follows: Two photographs of tennis court digging, 1937-1938 (Includes Canon Alex North) Excavating the cemetery steps - Hubert Simes, Arthur Porter, Ambrose Woods, Kack Walsh, Thomas Sheehy, Edward Gilligan, John Gillespie, Patrick Cox.
