DescriptionThis was a club started in 1903, by the Regent in charge of the junior house, to maintain the gardens. It continued until 1922 which was two years before the juniors left the seminary to move to the new junior seminary at Mark Cross, Sussex.

The Board operated a feudal system, whereby the land was divided into portions and students paid rent to garden a portion. The students also maintained the paths and lawns, and the tools required to do this. They had a budget to buy seeds and plants.

The book was used again in 1951 to record a list of 'Flowers to Grow', selected from Ryders Catalogue.
