Description	The priests were ordained by Archbishop Peter Amigo at the Seminary. The photographs are labelled as follows: awaiting the arrival of the Archbishop; preparing for the prostration before the High Altar, during the Litany of Saints (The 3 deacons in the second row are James McConnon, Peter Strand and William Howell; placing the linen bands on the newly anointed hands (Christopher Acton assisting Fr. W Hogg); after the ordination ceremony, blessings in the ambulacrum); tenebrae in seminary chapel; the Archbishop vests at the throne (Fr. L Fox, standing behind Archbishop; Fr. C Roe, kneeling); the deacons stand while the archbishop vests for the rite (l-r, David Sheehy, Michael Byrne, William Hogg, Maurice Finnan); the giving of the priestly vestments; the new priest receives the power to offer the mass; those to be ordained prostrate before the altar during Litany of Saints; four ordinands, Fr.
