Description	This photograph, taken in 1978, shows a smiling Bishop Devine, wearing his pectoral crucifix; Bishop Devine was born in Glasgow on 7th August 1937 and ordained priest in Glasgow on 29th June 1960; he was nominated titular Bishop of Voli (and Auxiliary Bishop) on 5th May 1977 and ordained at Glasgow on 31st May 1977; he was translated to Motherwell on 13th May 1983.
