Admin_HistoryCanon, later Monsignor, Morris was Vicar General, and also Secretary of the Finance Committee. These are his own files and seem to incorporate correspondence addressed to him in both capacities. Letters not addressed to him were, generally, forwarded to him. There are some papers written to him in his capacity as parish priest.
