Canon Edwin Hubert Burton Canon Edwin Hubert Burton, DD (1870-1925) was the Procurator Fiscal for the Diocese of Westminster. He was born on 12 August 1870 and was educated at Baylis House, Slough and later Oscott, which he entered on 6 September 1894. He was ordained on 27 March 1898 and served as priest at the church of St Mary and St Michael, Commercial Road. He became a Professor at St Edmund's College, Ware in 1898. He was made Vice President of the College in 1902 and later President in 1916. He retired on 9 December 1918 and died 13 December 1925.
