Photo number and position correlated with Plan Westminster Diocesan Trust Land DHT3 [See plans]. This information was used in an appeal by the Trustees of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Westminster against a refusal by Hertfordshire County Council to grant planning permission for the extraction of said aggregates [D of E ref: NP/5256/A/78/7569].
