There is a preface which describes Walters' earliest years at the seminary, 1900.

There are photographs of various external views, the ambulacrum, chapel, refectory and dormitories. There are also photographs and a description of The Board of Agriculture (See SJW/EXT/3/5).  Then there are photographs of individuals and groups of priests and seminarians.  One group of three, Charles Westlake, James Keswin and William Monk is described.
