  <dc:description>The Marist Brothers arrived in Birmingham in 1937. They occupied a house on Edmund Road which they named St Therese and taught in the Rosary School and Leighton House School. They were also in negotiations to take over a new grammar school entitled Erdington Roman Catholic Secondary School. The Brothers withdrew from Birmingham in 1970.
