  <dc:description>In 1939, the Brothers moved the Juniorate to Hetland House, 8 miles outside of Dumfries. The property was at first used as a Juniorate before coming a youth centre for retreats later on. The property was vacated in 1978 and taken over by a former St. Mungo's Academy pupil in the early 1980s before being sold to a couple in 1984. The property is also referred to as 'Champagnat House'.
